Mais Shalabi Islamic Coaching.
When your connection with Allah is strong, everything else finds its place , your relationships, your purpose, your peace. Because a woman grounded in her faith is a woman who can carry an Ummah.
You are at a turning point. And you know it.
Life is full and rich and yet sometimes, in the middle of it all, you find yourself asking deeper questions.
Am I living the life I was created for? Is there more to who I am beyond the roles I carry? How do I find peace, purpose, and clarity in the middle of everything?
These are not signs of weakness. They are signs of wisdom.
Todays woman carries more than ever before. You show up fully for your family, your work, your relationships, and your responsibilities. You manage, you nurture, you plan, and you give. You navigate the complexity of modern life while holding onto your values, your faith, and your vision for the life you want to build.
Time never feels like enough, and relationships demand energy you don’t always have. Balancing who you are with everything you do feels harder than it should. Yet the life you long for aligned, connected, and fully alive is still there, waiting.
When Time Feels Like It’s Never Enough
The Questions That Matter
The deeper questions about who you are, where you are going, and whether you are truly living in alignment with your faith they deserve more than a passing thought at the end of a long day.
You are not alone in this. This is the reality of the modern Muslim woman. And it deserves to be taken seriously. This is exactly what we are here for.
A Shared Reality, A Purposeful Space
Welcome. You are in the right place.
You Are Welcome Here
No matter where you are in your journey, no matter what you are carrying, and no matter how long it has been you are welcome here, exactly as you are.
A Different Kind of Experience
What you will find here is unlike anything you have experienced before. Not advice. Not judgement. Not a list of things you need to fix. But a deeply personal, faith rooted conversation at your pace, on your terms where you are seen, heard, and supported every step of the way.
Every woman, at every stage of life, deserves a space that is entirely her own. A space to breathe, to reflect, and to grow. Because the more we give, the more responsibilities we carry, and the more roles we take on the more we need someone in our corner. This is that space.

I built this space because I wished it had existed for me.
I am Mais Shalabi a certified coach with a Master's in Business Psychology and Coaching, 120+ ICF certified training hours, and over 10 years of corporate experience as a Biomedical Engineer. I am currently pursuing a Master's in Islamic Religious Leadership and an Ijaza in the Hafs narration of the Quran because for me, the pursuit of knowledge is a lifelong act of worship.
I have had the privilege of coaching women through wellbeing challenges, time management, and entrepreneurship from first time business owners to established professionals bringing both the science of the mind and the wisdom of the deen into every single session.
But beyond the credentials I am a mother, a wife, a daughter, a sister, and a friend who has walked the path you are on and is genuinely honored to walk the next one with you.

Frequently Asked Questions
-
Islamic coaching is a faith-centred approach to personal growth and transformation that integrates the principles, values, and wisdom of Islam into the coaching process. Like all professional coaching, it is forward-focused, client-led, and designed to help you gain clarity, set meaningful goals, and take purposeful steps toward the life you want.
What makes it different is the foundation it stands on. Where conventional coaching draws purely from psychology and behavioural science, Islamic coaching also draws from the Quran, the Sunnah, and the rich tradition of Islamic scholarship, recognising that true and lasting transformation begins with the soul.

Therapy and counselling are clinical disciplines focused on healing past wounds, diagnosing and treating mental health conditions, and processing trauma. They are delivered by licensed mental health professionals and are essential for those who need that level of support.
Coaching is different. It is a forward-focused, action-oriented partnership that starts from where you are today and works toward where you want to be. It does not diagnose, treat, or work through clinical mental health conditions. Instead, it helps you gain clarity, build on your strengths, set meaningful goals, and take intentional steps toward the life you want to live.
If you are currently receiving therapy or counselling, coaching can complement that journey beautifully. Many women find that the two work powerfully together.

Not at all. While Islamic coaching is rooted in the principles and wisdom of Islam, it is not reserved for women who consider themselves strictly religious or who have a deep existing knowledge of the faith.
If you are a Muslim woman, wherever you are on your journey with your faith, there is a place for you here. Whether you pray five times a day or you are still finding your way back to Allah, whether you wear hijab or not, whether you feel spiritually grounded or completely lost, you are welcome exactly as you are. There is no judgement here. Only compassion, respect, and a genuine desire to walk this journey with you.
Islamic coaching meets you where you are. It does not require you to be perfect. It simply invites you to be honest, with yourself and with the process.ailored plan that aligns with your multifaceted goals.

This is one of the most common questions we receive, and the honest answer is that it depends entirely on you.
Every woman's journey is different. Some women come with a specific goal in mind and find that a focused short-term programme of 6 to 8 sessions gives them exactly what they need. Others are navigating deeper, more complex challenges and find that a longer engagement of 3 to 6 months allows them the space and depth they are looking for. And some women choose to continue beyond their initial programme because they find ongoing coaching invaluable for maintaining their growth and accountability.
It is not a one-size-fits-all approach. During your free discovery call we will talk openly about where you are, what you are hoping to achieve, and what kind of support would serve you best. From there we will recommend a programme that feels right for your needs, your goals, and your pace. Book your call here.

IteProgress in coaching is both measurable and subjective. At Mais Shalabi Islamic Coaching, we use a structured approach to track your development across three dimensions behavioural, cognitive, and spiritual. From a behavioural standpoint, progress is observed through shifts in how you respond to challenges, manage your responsibilities, and engage with your relationships. Cognitively, it manifests as greater clarity of thought, improved decision-making, and a stronger sense of self-awareness. Spiritually, it is reflected in a deepening connection with your faith and a growing alignment between your values and your daily life. in alignment with ICF coaching standards, your goals and progress benchmarks are established collaboratively during your personalised coaching plan giving you a clear and measurable framework against which to assess your growth throughout the programme.m description
